Uljhan-the title of the serial means "complexity/entanglement/complication"- mostly "complex relations"
Sagarika means "wave/born in the ocean" -refers to goddes lakshmi who was born in the ocean
Himesh means "lord of snow" -refers to the father of goddess parvati
Chitra means "picture"
Kajol means "Kohl/ collyrium"
Bose,Sen and Das are sunames/lastnames
